Helping neighborhoods in central Indiana, Armour Property Management began in April 2003 with the objective of creating a company whose primary focus and business model is in providing management services for Neighborhood Homeowner Associations. As a community resident and member of a Homeowner Association we embarked on this journey because of the recognized need for professional service, value, ethical behavior and integrity – qualities that we feel are important.

Armour Property Management is committed to developing a business that will differentiate us from our competition. We feel the key to success is to create strong communication and a seamless environment between the Association Board of Directors, the homeowners and our management firm.
